Please note that due to the current deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan we always give priority to BFPO orders to these two areas of operation.

The majority of our customers are members of H.M Forces or the Security Services.We are also very happy to accept orders from individual customers wanting to purchase a military watch.
Order Handling
We deal with orders as promptly as possible and you will have your watch delivered within 28 days, however in most cases it will be within 5 - 10 business days or less, depending on address such as BFPO number and deployed location. If necessay and in cases of stock shortages, we will ask the UK importer to ship directly to you if it means you will get your watch faster. We will of course absorb any additional costs in doing this ourselves. Please note that if you use the free postage offer for UK that delivery will be on average one week. but please remember to allow 28 days for all deliveries.
Service and Repairs
We can carry out initial diagnosis at our offices and water testing to 100m. Any work within warranty should be sent to the appropriate service centre listed on the warranties page. Warranty work depends on the Manufacturer but if the watch has to be returned to Switzerland or Germany this can take several weeks.
Telephone Support
Military units have a direct access PIN code to get through to a member of the support staff. Telec and Herrick based customers can also request this code. Civilian customers can use our online systems for support including orders, returns and repairs. Due to the large number of calls from Internet advertising companies, magazine telesales and 'catalogue collectors' we have to ensure our lines are kept clear for our military customers.
Our company is run by ex-military primarily for the military and that is why we enforce these priorities. We have many thousands of satisified civilian customers, most of whom understand, accept and support the reasons why we have the above policy.

We use Royal Mail Signed For services for all of our deliveries. Within the UK this will usually be Royal Mail Special Delivery, however on watches below £25.00 in value this may be Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. With free shipping we reserve the right to choose the method of delivery.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Airmail Signed For service. This is fully insured and is tracked within the UK by the Royal Mail and then by your native postal service. Delivery times vary but most delays are due to your own Countries customs clearance or security procedures. For example we currently find packages to the USA are taking 10 days but New Zealand only 4 or 5 days.
