Please note that due to the current deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan we always give priority to BFPO orders to these two areas of operation.

About us:

We are a specialist military watch dealer who supplies directly to HM Forces and the Security Services. We are also happy to supply to individual customers who are looking for a military watch to use or collect.

Returns

If you have purchased a watch from us and wish to return it for any reason other than warranty, then you can do so within the first 7 days from date of purchase + 3 days for posting time.Please :
  • Ensure the watch is unworn with all of its original packaging and documentation still in place. If the watch has been worn or marked in anyway we may reject the return. We do not offer a 'Try before you buy' service.
  • Notify us of the return by using the form below, we will issue you a return number to put on the outside of the return package. All returns must be sent via Special Delivery and the purchaser is responsible for paying all postage costs.
  • Return the watch to us so it arrives no more than 2 working days from the date of issue of the returns number.
With reference to our Terms and Conditions we will not refund our original postage costs and we will levy a 10% restocking fee (If you do not obtain a returns number the full restocking fee will be charged in every case). Please remember that under the Distance Selling Regulations we are allowed to recover all reasonable costs. If the watch is not returned within the 10 days then we will not offer a refund, any watch that is returned after this time or without a returns number will be held until the owner collects it or sends sufficient funds for the watch to be sent back. Pack your watch and include the Telford Services Stamped Warranty Authentication Card that was included when you purchased your watch, to the address on this card.Complete and send the online form below to request a returns number.
